Thorold, ON (February 2026) – Pontello Motorsports has announced the addition of Jayme Porter of Welland, Ontario as an official House Driver for the 2026 season. Jayme Porter has been a fixture within the Merrittville Speedway Karting Club, steadily progressing into championship contention. During the 2025 season, Porter captured the Performance Manufacturing Senior Heavy Track Championship, accumulating 556 points and securing four feature wins.

Across 12 events, Porter recorded 11 top-five finishes, clinching the championship by an 18-point margin. That level of consistency — nearly flawless over an entire season — highlights both speed and discipline, a combination essential to long-term success in dirt oval karting.
