Ordering Details

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Some items in your cart may be special orders. This means certain products may not be in stock at the time of purchase. Items may take up to 1–2 weeks to arrive at our facility before being shipped to you.

Shipping Details

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Once your order is packed, we will finalize your shipment and calculate the exact shipping cost based on weight and destination. You will be contacted with your shipping quote, and your order will ship once shipping is paid.

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We may not be able to ship to certain locations due to customs regulations or other restrictions. If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order for custom shipping inquiries.

We offer the following shipping methods through Fedex and DHL:

Ground: Delivery in 1-7 days
SmartPost: Delivery in 2-7 days
Express Saver: Delivery in 3 days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Some items are marked as special order, meaning we may not have them in stock at the time of purchase. If an item is not in stock, we will order it immediately from our supplier. Once the item arrives at our facility (typically within 1–2 weeks), we will finalize your shipment and calculate the exact shipping cost based on weight and destination. You will be contacted with your shipping quote, and your order will ship once shipping is paid.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund.

Refund Details

All returns must be pre-approved and shipped prepaid to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving.

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refused orders are subject to freight charges and 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges must be pre-approved and shipped prepaid to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving.

Exchanged items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The difference between the exchanged item must be paid prior to the new item being shipped.
