Shipping Details

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Some items are marked as special order, meaning we may not have them in stock at the time of purchase. If an item is not in stock, we will order it immediately from our supplier. Once the item arrives at our facility (typically within 1–2 weeks), we will finalize your shipment and calculate the exact shipping cost based on weight and destination. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund.

Refund Details

All returns must be pre-approved and shipped prepaid to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving.

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refused orders are subject to freight charges and 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges must be pre-approved and shipped prepaid to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving.

Exchanged items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The difference between the exchanged item must be paid prior to the new item being shipped.
